Natalie Baldridge is an event aficionado with a serious knack for logistics and a love for turning plans into flawless experiences. Whether it’s a high-powered F1000 corporate networking event, elegant wedding, birthday, or other special gatherings, she’s not afraid of a logistical challenge. With a Master’s degree in Business of Art and Design from MICA, she helped launch Ridgbay Events, where she focuses on making wedding days smooth, stress-free, and thoughtfully designed.
Her goal is simple: support couples on their wedding day so they are ultimately the guests of honor vs the hosts of honor.

When she’s not coordinating timelines or styling tablescapes, you can find her drinking another cup of coffee, teaching herself to sew, or supervising her toddler as he does something “his own self”.
